Terms of Service

Niche Map is a guided discovery tool that helps experienced professionals identify consulting niches based on their career background, skills, and market data. The service includes an interactive interview, real-time market research, a personalized strategy brief, and — for paid users — a launch toolkit containing website copy, outreach templates, financial projections, and other business planning assets.

The $97 fee covers access to the full launch toolkit generation, which builds on the strategy brief produced during the free portion of the session. You are paying for the analysis, research, and AI-generated deliverables specific to your background and chosen niche. The deliverables are generated once per purchase and are available immediately upon completion.

Niche Map provides strategic analysis, market intelligence, and business planning materials generated by artificial intelligence based on information you provide and publicly available market data. This output constitutes informed guidance — not a guarantee of business outcomes, income, or client acquisition.

The market data, rate benchmarks, and financial projections included in your deliverables are based on real-time research at the time of generation. Markets change. The data represents a snapshot, not a permanent forecast.

You are responsible for your own business decisions. Niche Map does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult appropriate professionals before making significant business or financial commitments based on any output from this tool.

Your interview answers, career history, and personal information are used solely to generate your deliverables. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than producing your personalized output and improving the service.

You may delete all of your data at any time using the “Delete my data” option available after your session is complete. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Session data is stored securely via Supabase (hosted on AWS). Email addresses are used for session recovery and, if you opt in, for follow-up communications. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time.

The deliverables generated for you (strategy brief, website copy, outreach templates, resume, proposal, etc.) are yours to use however you wish. You own the output. We retain no rights to your personalized content.

The underlying methodology, prompts, interview structure, and software remain the intellectual property of Niche Map.

You agree to provide honest, good-faith answers during the interview process. The quality of your output depends directly on the quality of your input. Niche Map is designed for individual professional use — automated, bulk, or resale use is not permitted.

Niche Map is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output for your specific situation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
